I\u00a0will present several applications of networks in\u00a0physiology, traffic, climate, and epidemics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p align='justify'> In&nbsp;reality, many real networks, such as the\npower grid, protein&nbsp;networks, transportation, and communication infrastructures\ninteract and depend on each other. I will introduce and explain the vulnerability\nof&nbsp;networks&nbsp;of interacting&nbsp;networks. In\ninterdependent&nbsp;networks, when nodes in one&nbsp;network&nbsp;fail, they\ncause dependent nodes in other&nbsp;networks&nbsp;to also fail. This may lead\nto a cascade of failures and to a sudden fragmentation of the system. I will\npresent analytical solutions for the critical threshold and the giant component\nof a&nbsp;network&nbsp;of&nbsp; interdependent&nbsp;networks.\nI will show, that the general theory has many novel features that are not\npresent in the classical&nbsp;network&nbsp;theory.&nbsp;I will also discuss the\neffects&nbsp;of interdependent networks&nbsp;embedded in space which are\nsignificantly more vulnerable compared to random&nbsp;networks.\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>References<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> [1] S.
